We offer worldwide shipping and ship FREE (with tracking ID) to the following destinations:
USA, CANADA, EUROPE, SWITZERLAND AND AUSTRALIA.
For all other countries and continents not mentioned in the above list, we charge a small fee of $4.99 for shipping.
Due to the current global pandemic of covid-19, shipping can take significantly longer than usual (approx. 7-14 working days) depending on the country of destination. However, our service providers are working really hard to make sure you eventually receive your SHETOWEL. You can track your ordered SHETOWEL with the information you receive in your confirmation email. Please contact: shetowel@gmail.com for any questions, enquiries or concerns.
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:
All orders within Europe are processed and delivered within 3-7 working days. (This duration may vary from country to country, due to the current global pandemic, which has affected the rate at which parcels get delivered, in various countries).
Deliveries to countries outside Europe are processed within 1-3 working days, and can take 7-14 working days to arrive in the respective country. (This is also due to the current global pandemic, which has affected the rate at which parcels get delivered in various countries).
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. You can contact us anytime to inquire about your order.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking!
You will receive an "order confirmation" via the email address you provide, once your order has been shipped. This also includes your tracking number(s) which will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes!
www.myshetowel.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages!
www.myshetowel.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, please contact us and let us know how we can be of assistance to you, we always find a solution.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim first. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
